Ah yes, I remember seeing this. There is also the interesting crypt at the back with the upside down sinners.

This is underneath Karazhan.
You walk around it and go behind. You might have a coulpe mobs to fight.
Go against the back wall of the fortress, and in a corner you'll see a little gap.
Just fall through the gap and here you are !

From memory, bigger races (taurens, trolls) cannot go there.
Undead have no problem - haven't tried with alliance toons.
