I've only ever leveled there to bridge the gap between the 62-63ish that you leave Zangarmarsh at and the 64 required for Nagrand.

Of course, Hellfire will take you to almost to 64 now, so I may as well be a rambling old man...

Maybe it is the countless hours I spent gathering herbs in this zone, maybe it is the shimmer of light passing through the tree tops - not sure, but Terokkar is my favorite forest-themed zone of the game so far.
