I like this holiday quite a bit. While there isn't much to do once your character has all the flight paths, the companion of a small orphan for the duration of the event is a nice change.

A must holiday for the pet collectors, too.

I love those kids! Especially the orc... the same kid who asks, "If a turtle loses his shell, is he naked or homeless?" also says, "I have a rock in my nose." That's like having a conversation with a real kid.

I can't wait until this comes around again so I can get Speedy for my current toons. I don't play the character I got him on before anymore, and I really miss that turtle.

Indeed the best thing about this event is the children, and the cute things they say!

Children's Week, also known as Week of the Wardens, is celebrated by both the Horde and Alliance in Orgrimmar and Stormwind City. At the beginning of May, and lasting for a week, it is a time for heroes of both sides to give back to the innocents of war... the orphans!

Children's Week is also held for both factions in Shattrath City and Dalaran!
