I agree with the "By Way of Booty Bay" comic that points out that while all the other Battlegrounds have objectives which make sense as part of an ongoing war between two nations, WSG is just an over glorified version of capture the flag.

I like this BG because, sorry, it seems to be the only one people actually "get" and not just run around like chickens with swords... :/

Except for all the "chickens with swords" running around in the mid field.

The reason Blizz put a time limit on this BG is because of all the people farming kills in the middle of the map instead of trying to capture the enemy flag or killing the enemy player holding their team's flag.

I need some advice. How do you get communications going to win this battleground? Maybe I need to look into a guild that is leveling alts in bgs.

Some guild (PVP guilds) do focus on BG storming. Sadly, most of those guilds tend to ignore WSG and go for the more *Fashmash* BGs like AV and SoTA.

Quite easily my most hated BG for the simple reason that you are way too reliant on having good team members. I'm ok with losing because I'm up against a great team, but I can't stand losing just because I have a team of noobs who don't understand things like protecting the flag or getting our flag back and just fight in the middle.

I wasn't exactly very fond of this BG in the past, however the time limit has taken care of WSG's largest problem: Idiots that get the Horde flag then don't capture it so they farm HKs. Since this still happens (although it isn't as bad) I give it a 4/5.

With the new restrictions it has actually become a game of capture the flag instead of 2 hours of flag holding and fighting in mid....although the mid thing still goes on ><

I haven't played WSG since they implemented the time restriction, because I loathe this battleground.. but I'll have to give it a shot, I want the rep so maybe it won't be as bad

And I must say this is the worst BG in the game , not because its bad ,, But it requires a premade team that understands pvp combat , and as we all know , most dont, and wont follow one of the 3 main game plays
