This fight fails to be engaging or fun for every raid role (DPS, tanking and healing).
For DPS, you really don't have a job other than sit in front of the boss and nuke her down as fast as possible (otherwise, prepare yourself for an extended period of boredom). For melee DPS this is actually rather annoying, since a large chunk of your attacks are now openly mitigated by the boss' chance to parry.
For tanks, your only real job is to execute the pull properly. If the pull is done correctly, the fight is basically over and you're just waiting to collect your loot. If the pull is done incorrectly, it is very likely that a tank or healer (or perhaps both) will die less than 5 seconds into the encounter and, unless your raid is quick to react, you'll probably set yourself up for a wipe.
For healers, you make sure the tanks don't die on the pull (without healing them too soon, or else you might snatch aggro on the cats and die) and then you basically sit there for the rest of the fight, occasionally being annoyed by spell pushback or casting interrupts.
Oh yeah, she also fears the entire raid for seemingly no reason. That's always fun (/sarcasm).
