If you are walking... it's a 1, if you are flying or spent time here at 70 doing Dailies, etc, its definitely a 4!

I didn't visit till after I got flying at 60, but I can imagine what a nightmare it would be before the speed increase, and even more so on foot.

While the quests in this zone may not be the best of their kind, the bold art direction deserves high praise. Seeing dragons impaled on the mountain spikes was one of the most memorable events during my stay in Outland.
