SWAPEASY PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of this privacy policy is to describe how the SwapEasy website, tools, applications, and services ("SwapEasy") handle your personal information. SwapEasy collects, uses, and shares personal information to help SwapEasy work and to keep SwapEasy safe (details below).

SwapEasy may offer single sign-on services that allow you to use third party login credentials to sign into SwapEasy, With your permission, SwapEasy may also transfer profile information contained in your third-party profile. SwapEasy may also, for your use, enable you to import information about who you are connected, as well as enable you to share information with those third-party sites (other than listings), at your discretion. If you wish to discontinue you such sharing, you will be able to do so through your preference page.

Marketing. You agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive such communications. If you don't wish to receive marketing communications from us, simply indicate your preference by following directions provided with the communication.

Access, Modification, and Deletion. You can see, modify or erase most of your personal information by reviewing and modifying your posting or account status page, by signing on to "Profile" or by contacting webmaster@swapeasy.com.au to review any personal information SwapEasy stores that is not available on SwapEasy. Providing access may incur a nominal charge. SwapEasy will take reasonable steps to ensure that information is accurate, complete and up to date. SwapEasy will delete personal information when SwapEasy no longer needs it for the purposes described earlier. SwapEasy retains personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes, enforce our policies and prevent banned users from using the site.
