Since i never had the pleasure of pushing an alt all the way from 1-80, I was not forced to re-visit this zone, thus my impressions are purely based on the first time I've seen it.
After years of playing on the old continent, crossing the Dark Portal, seeing the crazy landscape and the battle happening right in front of me was an unforgettable experience. And that's how I like to remember Hellfire.
This joins Howling Fjord on the list of places I love because of the rush of going there too early. Last night was a trip for my level 17 mage and husband's level 17 paladin to get Hallow's End candy. We may not have made it, but a very kind druid stopped to buff us, heal the paladin when needed, and followed us the rest of the way to our candy bucket destination. Higher level zones are very exciting when you're 40 levels too low for them!
Brought a , a , a , a and a through it!
