Humans (aka mankind or humanity) in Warcraft are a resilient species native to the world of Azeroth. I don't know what Blizzard thinks they're trying to pull, such a weak, lithe race (compared to the Horde, anyway) would never become so bloody and savage, and if they did they certainly wouldn't live this long.

Perhaps an entry for Taretha Foxton? She doesn't make a big appearance in WoW, but the Escape from Durnholde does show that she does have a large impact on the Warcraft universe.
